Martin Bell is an extremely experienced transaction lawyer, having advised on a multitude of M&A and private equity transactions as well as on corporate restructurings. German and international companies regularly rely on his expertise for complex, mostly cross-border projects and he is considered one of Germany‘s top advisors for private equity transactions. Martin joined CMS in 1991 and became a partner in 1997. In the context of international assignments, he was seconded to the law firm Baker & Botts in Houston and the investment bank Schroders in London.
