Lukáš Janíček Bio

Lukáš Janíček is a partner based in Prague. He is primarily a transactional lawyer and has been involved in numerous M&A transactions across various sectors and in infrastructure projects in the Czech Republic and other markets. As Head of the Energy, Projects and Construction team (EPC) at CMS Prague, he also advises clients on industry-specific matters in the energy, heavy industry and engineering sectors, including climate change, environmental law and energy regulatory matters. As part of his practice he also acts on construction matters, brown and greenfield industrial developments and PPP projects. He has negotiated EPC and O&M contracts for clients in the renewable as well as conventional energy sector.
