Kevin Kwasa Bio

Kevin is a Partner in the Corporate & Commercial Department of the Firm. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with experience spanning over a decade. Kevin has deep knowledge of corporate commercial law and extensive experience in advising both local and foreign clients on a diverse range of corporate and commercial matters. He has been involved in a myriad of complex national and multinational transactions, including large M&A deals as well as multifaceted corporate debt and equity restructuring. Kevin was nominated by the Nairobi Legal Awards 2023 in the best corporate commercial lawyer category.
