Justin Coaley is a partner in the Corporate/M&A Group at CMS London. Justin’s practice particularly focuses on complex indirect real estate transactions such as multi-jurisdictional portfolio acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures. Justin also advises in relation to the corporate aspects of REITs and fund establishments. Justin regularly advises on transactions across a wide variety of real estate asset classes including office, logistics, PRS/BTR, student accommodation and retail. His clients include a range of UK and international institutional investors as well as fund managers and specialist sector operators.
