Bio

Jonathan Woolf is a partner focusing on oil and gas and energy M&A for corporates and financial sponsors. He joined CMS in November 2015 and has over 17 years of international M&A experience. He has executed numerous transactions across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Latin America, Asia and Australasia. Prior to joining CMS, Jonathan was Managing Counsel of BP plc’s global M&A Legal team in London. He joined BP in 2010. Before joining BP, he practised at Linklaters and Ashurst in London, Hong Kong and Singapore.
