Jean Robert Bousquet is a partner and Co-Head of the Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions Department of CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats.Jean-Robert works on mergers and acquisitions and joint-venture operations, both for financial and strategic investors and in particular on cross-border operations. He also has significant experience in corporate governance and company shareholder agreements. Working in the Corporate team, he deals in particular with joint-venture and merger and acquisition operations of an international nature and/or those involving Private Equity operators.
