Jean-Philippe Clément is a partner in the Corporate law department of CMS Francis Lefebvre Lyon Avocats. Jean-Philippe specializes in mergers & acquisitions transactions, corporate restructurings, corporate law and general contracts matters (e.g. joint ventures, partnerships and shareholders agreements). He advises domestic and international clients in the sector of industry, services, real estate, high technology and lifesciences (pharmaceutical industry, medical devices, chemistry companies...) He has a specific experience in a broad range of transactions in the corporate structuring of real estate activities including transactions both sell-and buy-side on real estate assets among other in the sector of renewable energies.
