Giancarlo is a Partner at CMS Woodhouse Lorente Ludlow, where he offers counsel to both domestic and international clientele concerning an extensive array of corporate affairs. During the last several years, he has been involved in multi-jurisdictional M&A projects advising not only on the Mexican law aspects but also on transactional matters in the context of the wider transaction. His proficiency and expertise at the core practices of the Firm has enabled him to offer corporate advisory services in energy and infrastructure transactions. Giancarlo's expertise encompasses a broad spectrum of activities, ranging from devising and executing corporate strategies to negotiating and crafting comprehensive legal documents such as Share Purchase Agreements (SPAs), Shareholders' Agreements, and Joint Ventures (JVs) for the operation and administration of target enterprises. Additionally, he possesses extensive experience leading the due diligence exercises. Among his clients there are F500 companies such as Amazon, BP, Brookfield, Comcast, Engie, ENI, Nestlé, Microsoft, Petronas and Shell.
