Francisco Xavier de Almeida develops his activity mainly in the areas of Corporate M&A and Banking and Financial Law, particularly in mergers & acquisitions, private equity, acquisition financing, bond issues, public offerings, credit securitisation and structured products. He also has extensive experience in special situations, restructuring and transactions involving distressed assets and non-performing loans. He specializes in corporate and securities law and is co-head of CMS Rui Pena & Arnaut's Corporate M&A practice
