Christoph von Eiff advises on all matters of corporate law and specialises in laws concerning limited liability companies, stock corporations and corporate groups as well as corporate litigation. He has a particular focus on internal investigations, compliance, directors' and officers' liability and corporate governance. Christoph von Eiff heads the International Group Structures Excellence Cluster at CMS and is a lecturer at the University of Münster (JurGrad). He regularly publishes in handbooks and recognised professional journals on relevant issues in corporate law. Before joining CMS, Christoph von Eiff worked as a lawyer for the international law firm Linklaters in Corporate/M&A and completed the postgraduate programme "Mergers & Acquisitions" with a focus on accounting.
