David advises on all aspects of corporate finance work for private and public companies, advising on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships and reorganisations. He has particular expertise in structuring real estate transactions through indirect vehicles such as companies, limited partnerships, limited liability partnerships, unit trusts and offshore vehicles. David advises on real estate joint ventures and the acquisition and sale of indirect real estate vehicles. David also regularly advises clients in the TMC sector.
