Christophe Aldebert is a tax specialist with expertise in VAT matters. He works with a diverse clientele of financial institutions and mutual companies in the following areas: the VAT and indirect tax regimes of business transactions, implementation of resource-sharing groups and joint ventures, optimisation of restructuring operations (mergers/acquisitions, outsourcing), assistance with audit monitoring, management of tax adjustments and tax disputes. Christophe runs training courses at the Fédération Nationale des Sociétés d'Economie Mixte (FNSEM) on the VAT regime for public services, the FCTVA (VAT Compensation Fund) and relationships with local authorities.
