Charles Dolphin Bio

Charles is Managing Partner of the CMS Oman office and a partner within the CMS Energy, Infrastructure & Projects Group working on regional client matters. With over a decade of experience in the region, Charles’ primary practice involves advising on strategic energy and infrastructure projects, most notably in the water and power sector in both Oman and KSA. Charles has gained a strong understanding of the required procurement processes for infrastructure projects in the Middle East. This experience has been recognised by leading legal directory Legal 500 EMEA over the last several years, where Charles is named as a "Next Generation Partner" for Oman Projects and Energy. Charles also assists a wide range of corporate clients in a variety of economic sectors, including oil & gas, hotel & leisure, mining and maritime. These matters relate to, amongst others, joint ventures, acquisitions, commercial agreements, lease agreements and service agreements.
