Ashwini is a Partner in the Corporate & Commercial Department. She is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales. She has over 30 years of experience practicing Corporate and Commercial Law. Ashwini handles a large variety of corporate matters, including acquisitions and disposal of companies and undertakings of various descriptions, IPO’s joint ventures, mergers, takeovers, company restructuring, innovative bespoke contractual arrangements financing agreements, general commercial advices on Competition Law, takeovers and other capital market transactions.
