Graduated from Universidad Anahuac in 2004. Obtained a postgraduate degree in Corporate Law from the Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de México (ITAM) in 2008. Obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA in 2010. Andres provides legal advice in all aspects of corporate law, in particular to international clients doing business in Mexico. He is constantly involved in the incorporation of Mexican commercial structures for the operation of international clients in Mexico. He has experience in transactions related to the acquisition and sale of Mexican companies and in the implementation of mechanisms for the sale of assets, transfer of control, structuring and implementation of mergers and acquisitions. His services include the preparation and negotiation of contracts, preparing corporate authorizations and compliance with regulatory requirements. And providing legal assistance in drafting and negotiating agreements to structure business combinations, joint ventures, shareholders agreements, loan agreements and guarantees.
