Vince regularly represents private equity investors and other public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, recapitalizations, minority investments, divestitures, corporate governance matters and other complex corporate transactions. Vince represents clients in various industries, including technology, entertainment, media, healthcare, energy, retail, manufacturing, defense, finance, consumer electronics, real estate, biotechnology and transportation, among others. Vince also has extensive experience in sports matters, including representing buyers and sellers of sports franchises in various professional leagues, including the NFL, NHL, and MLS.
