Sue Hinchliffe Bio

Sue Hinchliffe specialises in EU and UK competition law across a wide range of industry sectors. She has 30 years' of experience working with clients to obtain antitrust clearances for complex global transactions as well as advising on antitrust investigations and litigation matters worldwide. Prior to joining Clifford Chance, Sue worked at General Electric Company where she held the role of Global Executive Counsel, Competition Law & Policy and oversaw a number of significant global merger control matters and conduct investigations for the company globally.
