Stephanie Dunne advises sponsors on the structuring, establishment and operation of a wide range of private funds, including those within the infrastructure, aviation, special situations, debt, private equity and growth capital sectors. She also advises fund sponsors on their carried interest and co-investment arrangements, and has experience advising on the management structures of such sponsors.
