Radu Ropota Bio

Radu brings more than 20 years of experience in a wide range of complex banking, finance and equity and debt capital markets transactions, corporate governance (including shareholders risks/ disputes and ESG matters), white collar crime investigations, as well as restructuring & insolvency proceedings. He has also had a leading role in major ECM transactions involving major Romanian companies in the energy, oil & gas sector and has also led the legal department of a flagship Romanian investment fund with a significant exposure in the energy, oil & gas sector.
