Patrick Scott Bio

Patrick Scott specialises in cross-border and domestic M&A, with a particular focus on transactions for private capital sponsors. Patrick advises private capital sponsors on the full spectrum of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, takeovers, growth equity investments, dispositions and IPOs, among other corporate matters. Based in London, Patrick has extensive experience across a range of jurisdictions and industries. Prior to joining Clifford Chance, Patrick was a Director at KKR, the global investment firm, where he led the legal coverage of KKR’s private equity business in Europe.
