Nicole Englisch advises international and German clients (both industrial and financial investors as well as private equity funds) on all aspects of M&A, primarily on acquisitions and disposals, takeovers, restructurings and joint ventures. Nicole specialises in national and cross border mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions, in particular LBOs and MBOs including management participation, acquisition structure and restructuring. Nicole has special expertise in German-Chinese and German-Italian transactions.
