Masafumi Shikakura Bio

Masafumi Shikakura is Head of the Japan Antitrust team in our Tokyo office, working on both antitrust and M&A mandates. His antitrust work covers merger filings, foreign investment regulations and tech antitrust, and his M&A work relates to renewable energy matters, outbound transactions for Japanese corporates and inbound transactions for global clients.
