Luis Alonso is the Head of the Corporate / M&A Practice of Clifford Chance Spain. Luis specialises in all aspects of public and private M&A and acts for corporates and financial investors across a wide range of industry sectors including infrastructure, energy, financial institutions, telecoms, retail, sport, media & entertainment. His practice has particular emphasis on M&A transactions, takeovers, joint ventures and corporate finance.
