Kelly advises international clients on mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures in China, where she has resided for almost a decade. Kelly has acted on a number of high-profile transactions in China for clients across a broad range of industries, including industrials (in particular in the aerospace and automotive sectors), consumer goods and retail, technology, insurance, energy and infrastructure. Kelly also advises Chinese clients on their overseas acquisitions.
