Joseph Cosentino Bio

Joseph Cosentino is co-head of the firm's US Insurance practice. He regularly represents clients in connection with mergers, tender offers, auctions, stock and asset acquisitions and dispositions and restructurings. He has represented acquirers, targets, boards of directors, special committees, investment banks and investors in several complex, negotiated and unsolicited public and private transactions. Joseph has significant experience in both domestic and cross-border transactions. He has been involved in transactions across a wide range of industries, including the telecommunications, technology, entertainment, pharmaceutical, insurance and energy and utilities sectors.
