Jonathan Bobinger Bio

Jonathan D. Bobinger is a transactional lawyer with significant experience handling mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and securities matters. Having spent a career learning every facet of the energy industry, Jonathan is trusted to handle his clients’ most challenging M&A. His industry knowledge enables him to identify and unravel the challenges of each transaction and to adapt his strategy to account for energy market fluctuations and other impediments. His recent work includes structuring and executing complex transactions for regulated and unregulated companies in the electric power and natural gas spaces and renewable energy companies in the wind and solar sectors. He has also advised public and private companies, private equity firms and institutional investors in dozens of M&A transactions, on corporate governance, Exchange Act reporting and Section 16 compliance and other corporate and securities law matters.
