Erik is a Partner in our Corporate practice, with extensive experience of advising major UK and international businesses on a range of complex and high-profile transactions including public and private M&A, joint ventures, IPOs and reorganisations. He has particular expertise in the UK Takeover Code and advises listed companies on corporate governance and securities law and regulations.
