Dr. Cristina Weidner specialises in restructuring & insolvencies, including advice on financial and cross-border restructurings, creditor composition proceedings, contingency planning, distressed M&A transactions and going concern insolvency scenarios. She joined the firm in 2008 and is qualified in Germany. Cristina Weidner is a member of the ILA (Insolvency Lawyers' Association) and of the German affiliate of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA Deutschland e.V.)
