Carla Ruggero is a partner in the Corporate/M&A practice and a member of the Clifford Chance Latin America Group and the Clifford Chance Energy and Infrastructure Group. Originally from Argentina and dual qualified in New York and Argentina, she regularly advises financial investors and corporate enterprises in complex cross-border M&A transactions. Carla has extensive practice in cross border M&A transactions, with a particular focus on energy and infrastructure.
