Anthony Oldfield is the managing partner of the São Paulo office and has more than 25 years' experience focusing on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, including takeovers, joint ventures and venture capital transactions, particularly in Brazil and Latin America. Anthony also acts for a variety of issuers and underwriters advising on disposals, acquisitions, joint ventures and raising debt and equity.
