Aleksander Tombiński advises clients on all aspects of competition law and represents them before the European Commission and national competition authorities. He focuses on complex investigations into abuse of market power, compliance with Tech regulations, and anti-competitive agreements, as well as EU and multi-jurisdictional merger notifications across a wide range of industries. He also has extensive experience advising public and private entities on state aid matters.
