Allan Hannie is a Director in our Corporate & Commercial practice. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, black economic empowerment (BEE), consumer protection, credit law (specifically the National Credit Act) and data protection. Allan started his career in 1997 at Hofmeyr (now Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr) and became a Director in 2002.
