Kylie Barza practice focuses on U.S. federal income tax matters. She advises foreign and domestic clients on financing transactions, spin-offs, international and domestic mergers and acquisitions, internal restructurings, and capital markets transactions. Kylie joined the firm in 2015 and became a partner in 2024.
