Jonathan Mendes De Oliveira practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, especially capital markets, financing, and mergers and acquisitions. Jonathan joined the firm in May 2011, became counsel in 2020, and became a partner in 2024. From May 2011 to November 2011, and from January 2016 to July 2018, he was resident in the firm’s New York office.
