Zach Crowley Bio

As an experienced clean energy attorney, Zach understands that he has both an opportunity and the responsibility to help transform our climate and our economy. Counseling clients to successfully lead the transition to clean energy is key to speeding that transformation. Zach has spent his career working in project development and acquisition, preferred and tax equity, banking, and general corporate matters related to renewable energy projects. He represents borrowers in term loans, revolving credit, back-leverage, and mezzanine debt facilities. Prior to joining Clean Energy Counsel, Zach worked as an associate in the Energy and Infrastructure group in the San Francisco office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. There, his practice included representing major institutional clients and early-stage energy and cleantech clients as they worked to secure funding. Outside of his time at work, Zach enjoys running, surfing, photography, and cooking.
