Kim understands her clients, advises on the law whilst taking into consideration any risks to add value to her clients and achieve their commercial outcomes. Kim is a general corporate solicitor advising on corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, corporate group reorganisations, joint ventures, private equity, family investment companies, general company law and corporate governance. Kim acts mainly for privately owned businesses, SMEs and OMBs. Whilst Kim has experience of advising clients across a range of sectors, she has particular expertise in the acquisition and disposal of care homes. Kim is extremely supportive to clients and communicates regularly throughout matters to ensure client goals are achieved.
