Kelvin provides practical, commercial advice to enable his clients to get their transactions over the line quickly and efficiently. Kelvin heads up the Corporate/Commercial and Banking Team in Southampton. Described by Chambers as ‘Highly responsive’ Kelvin advises companies and individuals on all types of corporate and finance transactions including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, investments, finance and shareholder arrangements. Kelvin joined Clarke Willmott in 2004 and was elected as its chairman in 2020.
