Avery Saunders Bio

Avery advises private companies in Canada and the US across a range of corporate matters, from mergers and acquisitions to other business combinations, corporate reorganizations and restructurings, corporate governance, and commercial leasing. She also assists our not-for-profit and societies’ clients on matters pertaining to their governance and structuring. Avery brings a pragmatic and highly solution-oriented approach to her work for her clients, from designing through executing a plan for each of her clients to ensure they realize the business and legal outcomes most important to them. She focuses on helping her private company clients achieve business growth that aligns with their strategic objectives. As Supervising Lawyer of Clark Wilson’s Corporate Records Department, Avery oversees the firm’s provision of annual maintenance and corporate compliance services to private company clients, as well as incorporations and registrations. When she is not working, Avery can be found running long distances out on the trails.
