Mr. Mendelson is a transactional attorney with extensive global business and legal experience gained in a combination of law firm and in-house settings. His practice focuses on general corporate and securities law matters. Previously, Mr. Mendelson practiced at the New York offices of Blank Rome LLP, where he was a Senior Associate in the Public Companies and Capital Formation Practice Group and Asia Practice Group, and Hodgson Russ LLP, where he was a Senior Associate in the Corporate and Securities Law Department and a member of the China Practice Group. Earlier, he held various other law firm and in-house positions, including at Baer Marks & Upham LLP and Viacom Entertainment, Inc. Mr. Mendelson received his J.D. from New York Law School in 1992. He received his B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany in 1989. Mr. Mendelson is admitted to practice in New York.
