Renato Genovese Bio

Renato Genovese provides assistance to Italian and foreign clients in Corporate – M&A and has an extensive experience in (i) cross borders transactions, acquisitions, takeovers and disposals of shares – of both listed and unlisted companies – and businesses, also involving Banks, Insurance and other Regulated Entities, mergers and de-mergers, also transnational; (ii) definition of the legal strategies for investments, governance, exit, and remuneration of minority shareholders; (iii) joint ventures and (iv) reorganization of national and international groups. He has also an extensive experience in advising clients in other corporate matters and in commercial contracts. Renato Genovese joined the Firm in 2005 and became a Partner in 2015.
