Marco Maugeri Bio

Marco advises Italian and international clients on Corporate - M&A, capital markets and compliance matters with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, capital increases, budget and accounting regulations, public purchase bidding and public exchange offerings, disclosure obligations of listed companies, commercial contracts and other extraordinary transactions of regulated entities. His experience spans various industries including banks, insurance and other regulated entities. Marco is full professor of company law and he has been ranked as Recommended Lawyer by IFLR 1000 and as Leading Individual by Legal 500. Marco Maugeri joined the Firm in 2000 and became a Partner in 2007. Since 2024 Co-Head of the "Capital Markets - Public-M&A" Practice Area and Head of the "Public M&A" Practice Area.
