Filippo has been a Partner since 2005 and Managing Partner since 2015. He has been appointed together with Gregorio Consoli as Managing Partner for the three-year period 2021-2023. Filippo has developed an unparalleled know-how in managing major cross-border M&A transactions both inbound and outbound the Italian market, assisting purchasers, sellers, majority and minority shareholders, financing banks, financial advisors, and liaising with competent Authorities, entrepreneurs, boards of directors and leadership teams of different institutions, listed companies and private equity funds.
