Davide D'Affronto Bio

Davide regularly advises Italian and international clients in debt transactions, including cross over/distressed. He has extensive experience in leverage & acquisition financing, as well as in real estate financing, representing banks, private equity, debt funds and corporates in senior financing and unitranche, subordinated and mezzanine transactions. Davide D'Affronto joined the Firm in 2025 as Partner and Head of the "Lending, Leverage and Acquisition Financing" Practice Area after having been a partner in the financial markets department at the Milan office of an international firm since 2011, which he led since 2020. He previously worked in the legal department of a major Italian bank and held a secondment in the London office of a leading US firm.
