Christopher is an English Solicitor and advises Italian and international clients on Corporate - M&A matters with a focus on private equity, joint ventures, investments (venture capital, growth equity), commercial contracts and corporate law. He has extensive experience in capital markets including public offers and stock listing (including capital increases), public offers and listing of notes including convertible and equity-linked notes, as well as private placements with institutional investors including managers and employees.
