Mark Howard is a corporate/M&A lawyer with considerable experience in a broad range of deals and advisory work for private and listed companies. Mark provides corporate finance, private equity and strategic advice to clients across a range of sectors. Mark focuses on the TMT sector and has in particular advised on many transactions across the IT managed services and software sectors. Mark acts for founders, management teams and growth companies, supporting them through the full lifecycle of corporate events and transactions including fundraisings, buy & build M&A strategies, private equity backed buy-outs, trade sales and IPOs.
