Jean-Baptiste Beauvoir-Planson is a lawyer with nearly 20 years of experience and heads the Corporate Banking & Finance team jointly with Victor. His practice focuses on a broad range of corporate matters. Jean-Baptiste has been active in the Luxembourg capital market space for more than 10 years with offerings and listings of equity and debt instruments in Luxembourg and abroad, takeover transactions, as well as shareholders’ activism. He now focuses a large part of his attention to securitisation transaction as well as private debt offerings. Jean-Baptiste was the head of the Luxembourg office from 2020 to 2021, he is now a member of our Global Relationship Committee, which coordinates the Firm’s international activities in general. Besides Jean-Baptiste is a professor at the Luxembourg school of business and a visiting scholar (intervenant) at ESCP – Sup de Co Paris – (French equivalent to the London School of Economics). Jean-Baptiste is also a Member of the Luxembourg capital markets association. Jean-Baptiste is admitted to practise in France (Paris), where he started his career, Luxembourg, and studied in the U.S. (Columbia Law School – New York).
