David Coates specialises in corporate finance advisory and transactional work for both public and private companies. David is the head of our UK Corporate team and advises on private and public M&A, VC / PE investments and buy-outs, joint ventures, restructurings and corporate governance matters. David’s clients range from early stage growth companies to major corporates, as well as financial sponsors and management teams. David is ranked as a Leading Individual for Corporate M&A in Legal 500. David is admitted to practise in England and Wales.
