John Martin is a partner in the firm's Corporate and Securities Department. John regularly advises clients on strategic corporate and securities matters and initiatives, including merger and acquisition transactions, the organization and restructuring of virtually all types of business entities, financing matters, regulatory matters, and corporate governance. John has represented clients in a variety of industries, with a particular focus on the representation of clients in the financial services industry, including bank and financial holding companies, commercial, investment and private banks, broker-dealers, investment companies, and registered investment advisors.
