For over 25 years, Christophe Blondeau has assisted French and international companies and groups, private investors, managers and investment funds in M&A, joint ventures and private equity (LBOs, growth capital, and management packages). He regularly advises large and medium-sized family businesses with their governance issues and external growth projects. Christophe is particularly active in the healthcare, hospitality and real estate sectors. He is very active in transactions in the medical biology and health accommodation industries. Christophe is a member of the Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions teams.
