Ronald Herscovici is a partner in the areas of Banking and Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Capital Markets and Private Equity at Cescon, Barrieu, Flesch & Barreto Advogados. ​He represents banks and other financial institutions, private equity firms, multinationals, public corporations and other investors on a wide range of transactions including mergers, acquisitions, asset sales, acquisition financings, joint ventures and other corporate transactions involving various segments of the economy. He also serves as a board member of public and privately-held corporations.
